We understand that some items may need to be sent back to our store. Please find our shipping information and return policy below.
Shipping Information with United States Postal Service:
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150
IF YOU ARE LOCAL, FREE PICK UP at shop location is offered.
Please Note: Currently, due to COVID restrictions, we are only shipping on Tuesdays and Thursdays by 5pm. If you need your gifts sooner, please choose expedited shipping at checkout. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Tuesday, as we will not be shipping out on Saturdays or Sundays.
The Gift box is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please provide us with your first and last name, order number, a photo of your damaged item, and brief description in the message box to email@example.com. Please ensure you confirm your mailing address before submitting your order online. Due to taking additional safety measures with COVID-19, you may experience some small delays. We appreciate your support of our small business during this unprecedented time.
Items Purchased Online
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. All items must have the ORIGINAL TAGS and must be returned to us in the condition they were received in.
Items purchased may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 30 days from the day your order shipped. Credit will be applied back to you for the amount paid for the product in an email through a gift card credit. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. Credit will expire within one year from purchase date. All items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS and must be returned to us in its original condition. We do not issue refunds to your original form of payment.
Items Purchased By Phone Order (Calling the shop)
Items purchased may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 30 days from the day your order is shipped. Credit will be applied back to you in gift card form to your email for the amount paid for the product. Credit will expire within one year from purchase date.

Once we receive your return, please allow 14 business days for return processing. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Exchanges and More:
Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer guaranteed exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item you want, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Once credit is received, it MUST be used for a future purchase. When offering coupons, we will only accept one coupon code per order.
The Gift Box is NOT responsible for:
· Delays with USPS shipping
· Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.
